Jennifer Lopez was left shaken up after her new car was hit by a “drunk driver”.

The American Idol judge took to Instagram to share the news with her fans and vent her frustration, although she did admit she was relieved that everyone involved was ok.

Sharing a picture of herself in the car with good pal Leah Remini: “Sitting at a light, Riding high right before some drunk fool rear ended us in my new whip!!!

It looks as though Leah was actually driving JLo’s new car as she’s pictured sitting in the driver’s seat as the pair pout for the selfie.

The 45-year-old, who is mother to six-year-old twins Max and Emme, had also posted a photo on Instagram of her twins and Leah's 10-year-old daughter Sofia in the back seat.

Since her split from Casper Smart, JLo and BFF Leah have been practically inseperable.

The pals were spotted on Thursday as they got all dressed up for a girls' night out at West Hollywood's Ago Restaurant.
